The SportsPlex Tri Club (STC) is a volunteer-run multisport club located in Hillsborough, North Carolina. It's a club for all ages (youth memberships are available) and all experience levels.

Our primary goal is to help each other achieve our multi-sport and endurance goals while having a great time!

Swim Clinic with Underwater Video

Sunday, March 29 3:30 pm at the Triangle Sportsplex, we'll break out the underwater video camera and film your stroke from the bottom of the pool. There's no better way to actually see and refine your stroke -- this clinic is great for swimmer novice to advanced, so be sure to turn out if you can! Cost is free (though folks who are not members of the SportsPlex may be required to pay a walk-in fee to access the pool).
